Gift Cards can be redeemed by entering the code in the 'Redeem a Gift Certificate' box at checkout. The amount of the Gift Card will automatically be applied to your purchase. It will be applied only if you use the same email id to which it was sent. Any unused balance will be available on your 'My Account' page, and can be used in your next order. Balance from the Gift Cards will be re-issued individually and cannot be used with any other discount. It can only be used with the email id to which it is re-issued.
If a wrong email id has been used, and the gift card is not applied, we would recommend you to cancel the order and place a new order with the correct email id.
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Returned items purchased with a Gift Card will be issued a refund on a new Gift Card only and not eligible for a cash refund. Please note that the 20% bonus does not apply for these returns. |
