Zapelle Returns Policy
It's simple, if you're not happy, we're not happy. Making you look your best is our mission. That's why Zapelle offers you a hassle-free returns policy.
All returns packages must be received by us within 30 days from the date of delivery (as recorded by the shipping provider). All returned items must be in their original condition with all hang tags and labels attached. Any items returned in any other condition will not be eligible for return or exchange (ie., deodorant stains, pet hair, pet stains, rips/tears). We recommend that you send your returns via an insured carrier. Zapelle will not be responsible for lost returns.
For your refund, you can choose :
Money-back option - Refunds will be processed on the credit card used for the original purchase, and are processed within 7 business days of receipt at our facility. Kindly note that fees for shipping and customization will not be refunded.
Gift certificate option - for the item value plus 20% more
Our motive is twofold:
- A way for us to take responsibility for not meeting your initial expectations.
Please note that shipping and customization charges for returns are non-refundable.
For orders purchased with a Gift Card, the credit will be applied to the gift card or a new gift card will be issued. However, such re-issues will not be processed more than once.
Return of Overstock / items purchased on discount or special offer will only be refunded in the form of a gift certificate (valid for one year) for the value of the purchase price less shipping and customizing fees. Please note that the 20% bonus does not apply to these returns.
For returns made between 31 and 60 days of receipt, you will be eligible for a refund in the form of a gift certificate (valid for one year) for the value of the purchase price less customizing and shipping fees. Please note that the 20% bonus does not apply for these returns.
Returns will not be accepted for refunds after 60 days from the date you receive the order. You have the option of taking it back with shipping paid for by you within a month of return.
The Returns Policy applies only to destinations in the USA and Canada.
Packing and shipping your return:
Place your completed Merchandise Return Form and the return(s) in a secure package. Zapelle is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Mail your item(s) by USPS using the included Merchandise Return Label.

Zapelle Returns Center
Any postage over $6.50 incurred for sending your return as per the above mode, will be refunded to you in the form of a gift certificate. Only our US customers are eligible for this refund. If you wish to ship through other service providers, we will not be able to reimburse the difference in return shipping. Returns from Canada can be sent through Canadian post. Return shipping charges from Canada to our Returns Center in the US will not be eligible for a refund.
